Care4Skills creates a new strategic approach to the development of skills for long-term care. It develops solutions for skills development in the long-term care sector through pan-European co-operation, such as upskilling and reskilling of care workers.
Care4Skills members were trained to conduct qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys at a national level.
