Electronic Performance Monitoring (EPM) refers to the computerized collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of information in the work context. Based on a literature review, we argue that the use of physiological measurement methods in the research field of electronic performance monitoring (EPM) should be considered more frequently in future studies.
