Drawing upon the ethos encapsulated in Kant's enduring maxim?"Have the courage to use your own intellect!"? we embark on a journey that converges the realms of generative AI and media education. Grounded in enlightened media pedagogy, this presentation underscores the imperative of reflexive engagement with AI technologies, emphasizing critical awareness and ethical discernment.
The lecture proposes a project-based approach, in which students should be empowered to co-create AI-generated artworks within the context of a virtual art gallery, fostering not only technical proficiency but also media literacy and critical consciousness.
