Original Kurzfassung:
Organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells are compatible with large-scale and flexible roll-to-roll production [1], which could lead to fully printable solar cells [1]. The main drawbacks are lower stability [2] and lower efficiency compared to inorganic photovoltaic cells [3]. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) is a transparent (>80% transparency), conductive (down to 40 ?/?) polymer widely used as hole transport layer (HTL) in inverted solar cells (electron collected in transparent bottom electrode) [4]
