sheets are increasingly being investigated and applied for multi-material lightweight automobile structures.
Crucial for the in-service performance of hybrid laminates is the interfacial adhesion between cfrp and metal.
Hence, part 1 of this paper series describes the implementation of a quantitative adhesion testing methodology
and data reduction scheme for cfrp/steel hybrid laminates. Various laminate configurations with different
interface treatments and inter-plies were investigated with the proposed method.
