This scholarly journal consists of high-quality technical manuscripts on advances in the state-of-the-art of vehicular technology in the areas of: wireless communications and systems (the use of mobile radios on land, sea, and air), vehicular electronics (the use of electronic or electrical components and systems for control, propulsion, or auxiliary functions), and transportation systems (the use of electronic technology for the control of ground transportation systems).
