Teaching, Acquiring and Applying Intercultural Competence
Englische Kurzfassung:
Although the number of publications on the topic of intercultural competence has increased immensely over the last few years, there is still a great need for research in the field of teaching intercultural competence, especially in higher education. Given the partially still very traditional teaching styles and role concepts of educators and students at universities, the question arises as to how intercultural competence can be conveyed creatively, on the one hand and tested on the other. The aim of the conference is to explore these themes as well as to discuss theoretical concepts, research outcomes and examples of good practice.
