Englische Kurzfassung:
This paper proposes a new approach for defining the requirements specification of control systems.
The approach is based on the theory of Distributed
Cognition, and thus considers all the resources, which
contribute to perform the control activity: hardware and
software; operators; guidelines, procedures and rules used
to support and regulate the activities of the operators. It emphasises consideration of the less evident elements such as documentation and the knowledge provided by training.
The approach has been applied to integrate the existing
requirements specifications of a rail traffic control system.
The results of this application show the validity and
usefulness of the approach, but evidence also some
deficiencies in the related methodology requiring
additional research activity.
