Original Kurzfassung:
In carrier-aggregation 4G/5G transceivers local-oscillator spurs are generated which may down-convert any interferer located at the spurious frequencies. A mixed-signal circuit recreates the spur building laws by multiphase mixing and provides replica of multiple blockerinduced distortions without prior knowledge of their carrier frequencies. This technique, implemented in 28-nm CMOS, can cancel multiple spurious receive products by up to 33 dB for blocker power levels of up to ?10 dBm at the LNA input.
