Original Kurzfassung:
In hydraulic drive systems, hydraulic and mechanical
subsystems are coupled by cylinders, pumps, or motors. The
dynamic properties of the overall drive system will in general be different from those of the separate subsystems. Therefore, a novel experimental modal analysis method for coupled hydraulic-mechanical systems is presented. The theoretical background of experimental modal analysis for undamped linear coupled systems is described. Various excitation methods are discussed, and details of a typical experimental setup are
given.
