Demonstration of an Integrated Digital Circuit using a Pentacene Organic Transistor Technology

A digital circuit using polymer thin-film transistors on glass substrate is presented. The circuit consist of 155 transistors and represents an electronic dice by use NANDs and flip-flops with level shifter. The supply voltages are between -16V and +8V. The demonstration circuit and its sub circuits have been simulated in titan. The comparison with the experiment is presented. For demonstration a Printed Circuit Board with seven LEDs, powered by two batteries, has been designed.
