Datensatzoptimierung mittels Design of Experiments Methoden (DOE) an einem V10-Motor im Hinblick auf die EURO 3 Abgasgesetzgebung

Original Kurzfassung:

Dataset Optimization with Design of Experiments Methods (DOE) on a 10-cylinder V-type engine under the aspect of the EURO 3 emission standard
Englische Kurzfassung:
A modern diesel engine has an immense number of different parameters to optimise the fuel consumption. With the Common-Rail injection system it is possible to realise multiple injections. To control the fullness of parameters more and more computer programs come into operation to model the dependence. In this diploma thesis the program CAMEO of the AVL List GmbH is in use. The usage in practice, the quality of the results and the necessary time to make the optimization are the main factors to analyse the program. The verification of the gained optima at the test bed yielded, that the results are extremly consistent.
This publication analyses also the modelling of the parameters with neuronal networks. This problem is solved with the program package of Matlab.
Another part of this diploma thesis is reserved for the typing of the engine. The necessary cycles for typing are explained. This V-type engine is the first engine in the MAN group with the Common-Rail injection system that is approbated successfully.
