Although information technology has opened a door to documents for the visually handicapped and for the blind, comfortable access to mathematics is still a problem. Several steps should be done to find a more suitable solution: We want to use the open and adaptable layout system LaTex 1. to provide an easy to read and adaptable notation for mathematics (HrTeX code) for better access to documents, 2. which can be used in a working environment for computing like sighted can use pencil and paper and 3. which supports the conversion between notations which are used to reduce the efforts of preparing literature.
In this article we present results of our project which concentrate on the first step, the definition of HrTeX.
