Workflow Modelling of Coordinated Inter-Health-Provider Care Plans
Sprache der Bezeichnung:
Englisch
Original Kurzfassung:
Management of chronic diseases requires long-term coordination of care plans across different health providers. Current IT support is typically restricted to data management, since currently available workflow products can only cope poorly with specific challenging requirements of coordinated health care, such as process individualisation and inter-process recognition of similar activities already performed or scheduled in another process. The project will develop concepts and techniques to support inter-health-provider care plans through workflow technology and use healthcare coordination projects of the South Australian Department of Human Services as case studies in a proof-of-concept prototype.
This project is funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC):
- Prof. Jim Warren (Chief Investigator, University of South Australia)
- Prof. Michael Schrefl (Partner Investigator, University of Linz)
