The main objectives in this research project are:
? Analysis of the oxidation behaviour of the thermoelectric RGS material Si1-xGex
(x ? 0,15),
? Investigation / evaluation of a radiant heat recovery thermoelectric generator system using commercial available thermoelectric modules (as an alternative to the TGS thermagy modules), and
? Installing / developing physical / chemical analysis methods for failure and design / construction analysis on thermoelectric materials and systems.
