Original Kurzfassung:
The existing DC-model should be improved in terms of the enhancement of the model to depend only on the
parameter of the intensity of light. Based on statistical data the model should be extended by
corner parameter-sets and effects like deterioration by electrical stress, temperature and other
ambient conditions, should be included in the existing model. Additional the characterisation of the
transient behaviour is an important task for the next three years. Also the simulation of a module
should be enhanced, a possible 3D-model should be investigated.
Based on statistical data the OFET model should be extended by corner parameter-sets.
Improvement of the model regarding deterioration by electrical stress, temperature, light, ambient conditions in cooperation with project no. 06 (Pl Sitter). The characterisation of the transient behaviour of the OFET is an important task, which should be fulfilled in the next three years. Another important task for the second period of the NFN project is the support of the project no. 06 (PI Sitter) in the development of the OFET process by evaluating the electrical behaviour by different process parameters ( e.g. curing time, growing time, layer thickness, …) . The idea is to improve the process development by a simultaneously control of process parameters in an early stage using models and simulations to evaluate the later circuit performance. This concept allows a forecast which process parameters are the most sensitive parameters for circuit design.
To allow such a concept the model has to be flexible enough to be adapted during this procedure which
is possible with the model from the first period of the project.
