Title:Evaluating Adaptive Digital Predistortion Algorithms Using the Universal Software Radio PeripheralAuthor(s):Markus Hoflehner, Alexander Huber, Andreas SpringerAbstract:Hardware measurements for adaptive digital predistortion systems usually require an FPGA implementation of the estimator and predistorter. Thus evaluating different adaptive algorithms can become cumbersome. We present a low-cost measurement setup where we can use the same Matlab code for the hardware measurements as used during simulation. We discuss the limitation of the system and how they can be circumvented.
